Crazy Cats School-Readiness Books and Tapes (Ages 2-6)

Children go "crazy" for Crazy Cats - entertaining and educational books and tapes for children ages 2 to 6. Each book and tape in the series teaches an important learning concept -

Colors,
Numbers,
and Positions





The series is presented in both English and Spanish, so the books can be used by learners of either language, with the added benefit of introduction and/or practice in another language. The audiocassette tapes feature the Crazy Cats characters speaking English on one side of the tape and Spanish on the other, and include original music in their dramatic presentations.

But it's the stories and the Crazy Cats characters that children go crazy about. Three delightful cats— Dwiggins, Sebastian, and Mirabel— become involved in escapades that entertain while educating children.





Colors
In Colors, the Crazy Cats can't agree on what color to paint their house, so each starts with a different color. The results are "crazy" but children learn not only what color is what but also what happens when you mix colors.

Numbers
In Numbers, the Crazy Cats make a cake, counting out and mixing together the appropriate number of ingredients— and more and more! The outcome: learning numbers 1-10 and creating a wonderful, giant, crazy cake.

In Positions, the Crazy Cats go on a treasure hunt, in which they look over, under, behind, in front of, beside, and in various crazy places. At the end, they find a special treasure.
